“It really varies and is up to the desire and personality of the student.”

● Handheld and can be any size or color combo.

● It can be a single item or a bouquet.

● Anything too large or elaborate not recommended.

● Graduates will be wearing a white dress and whatever the class votes e.g. cap, sash -each year it changes

● Photos will be taken with the white outfits and bouquets as well as with the caps and gowns

Here are some year-end dates and traditions for Class XII parents.

● March 16 - Seniors and parents of Seniors Party 6:30-8pm - School 590 Performance Hall

● Late April / Early May - Class XII Parent gathering arranged by parents

● May 31 - Senior Prom, 8 PM-midnight, The Pierre Hotel

(Tickets are managed by a consortium of 6 schools and the Business Office. Information will be forthcoming–Parents volunteers are not needed to organize or chaperone this event)

May 31 Pre Prom 6-7:45 PM - arranged and funded by the parent committee

● June 7 - Senior Projects Dinner 5:30 pm (information will be shared with our Class XII students)

Remind parents to get small bouquets on graduation day for their seniors

● June 15 - Night before last Day Seniors and parents of Seniors gather at school 6-7:30pm, parents, siblings, visiting family and seniors attend

● June 16 - Graduation (arrival time to school, tickets and timing communication forthcoming)

The Event is intended to be a lovely celebration where parents, daughters and their dates gather in a convivial and celebratory environment. The girls will be dressed in their finest and the joy will be palpable!! There will be a class picture taken promptly at 7:15 pm.

There will be passed light bites to eat and soft drinks provided. Wine and beer will be available for parents.

There will be a signature non-alcoholic cocktail provided to celebrate our daughters. Anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted to drink at Doubles.

Parents of seniors are invited along with the seniors and their dates.

The girls will be dressed formally for the prom. For parents, cocktail attire is required and men must wear a Jacket. No jeans, sneakers, or shorts are allowed in the club.

Venmo is super easy to set up. You can download the app from your phones app store or when you click the link it will prompt you to set up an account. It is easier for the committee if all monies come to a central point after registration for the event and hence Venmo was chosen since it is so widely used and is free to use.
